Shown is a typical mechanical liner set up shown here at 35 1/2" L. X
22" W., outside dimensions. Shown with two dimmable halogen lights and
our premier baffle filter done in a burnished nickel silver finish. Bezel
rings with pyrex glass cover the lights. Switches are located in the front
center of panel. This example demonstrates the smallest size that will
accomodate our standard setup.

with four dimmable halogen lights and our premier baffle filter done in a
verdegris #2 finish. Copper bezel rings with pyrex glass cover the lights.
Switches are not visible and are designed for a remote location in this
instance.

This picture demonstrates the customization of our standard mechanical
liner to incorporate two warmer lights and timer in dark copper. Three
dimmable halogen lights are visible with bezel rings and pyrex glass covers.
The filter is our typcial premier baffle type.

This picture demonstrates the modification of our standard mechanical
liner to accomodate this quarter-hemisphere shaped hood done at 36" D. X 22
1/2"dpth. in dark copper. The premier baffle filter has been shrunk to fit.
Two dimmable halogen lights are visible with bezel rings and pyrex glass
covers. Atypical switches are set off to one side as per customer's
request. The finish is dark copper.

This mechanical liner demonstrates a total customization to meet a
client's specific requirements. Aluminum mesh filters are recessed into an
angled transition while non-standard lights and switches are incorporated as
well. The finish is dark copper.

An economy mechanical liner depicts an aluminum mesh filter and
externally mounted fluroescent light. Incorporated into dark copper panels,
this approach saved the client some cost while maintaining the look of the
dark copper matching the rest of the hood.

Shown is a custom mechanical liner setup using a small aluminum mesh
filter to accomodate a lower CFM fan. Four dimmable halogen lights are
visible with bezel rings and pyrex glass covers. Switches are located to
the far side by request of client.
